Google Business Profile Audit Checklist

How to Use This Checklist

Work through each section and score every checkpoint honestly. Choose Yes(2 pts) if you are confident it is done well, Partial(1 pt) if it is started but incomplete, or No(0 pts) if it has not been done. Use the Notes column to jot anything worth remembering. Your score will update automatically as you go.

GBP: Google Business Profile, your free listing on Google Search and Maps
NAP: Name, Address, and Phone number. These must match exactly everywhere online.

Yes = 2 pts  |  Partial = 1 pt  |  No = 0 pts  |  Total possible: 70 points.

GREEN: 38+ pts Active and well-optimized. Keep the momentum going.
YELLOW: 21-37 pts Key gaps are limiting your visibility. Quick wins available.
RED: 0-20 pts Significantly underperforming. Needs immediate attention.
